Ted Willich
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ted Willich is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with over three decades of leadership experience in information technology, healthcare, and artificial intelligence. As Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of NLP Logix, Ted has guided the company from its inception in 2011 to become one of the fastest-growing teams of deep learning practitioners, renowned for delivering actionable insights from complex data and integrating advanced machine learning solutions into real-world business workflows.
Ted’s career began with service as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he participated in Operation Desert Storm and developed foundational leadership skills. After transitioning to the private sector, Ted co-founded Medical Development International, growing the company from the ground up to over $100 million in annual revenue and establishing it as a leader in custom provider networks and healthcare technology for correctional facilities.
Ted’s executive experience includes roles as President of Medical Partners of America and MDI Healthcare Solutions, Chief Operating Officer at MDI Holdings, Inc., and President of Willich Investment Company, where he provided consulting services and developed compliance and analytics products for the healthcare industry.
Known for strategic planning, operational expertise, and creative problem-solving, Ted has built and led high-performing teams, consistently driving innovation and operational excellence. His leadership at NLP Logix is grounded in the belief that “data science is a team sport,” fostering collaboration among experts in machine learning, statistics, and business intelligence to deliver value across industries such as healthcare, financial services, logistics, and more.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Leadership Studies from Ripon College. His career reflects a commitment to advancing technology, empowering teams, and delivering impactful solutions for clients and communities.
Matt Berseth
Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer
Matt Berseth is a pioneering technology leader, educator, and public speaker with over 20 years of experience in data science and machine learning. As Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer of NLP Logix, Matt leads a team of data scientists and engineers in delivering advanced AI solutions across industries such as healthcare, logistics, and finance. Their work includes developing innovative applications like automated breast cancer diagnosis, predictive analytics for credit risk, and natural language processing for legal documents.
Matt’s commitment to advancing the field extends beyond industry, as he has served as an adjunct professor at Jacksonville University and the University of North Florida since 2017, teaching courses in data science, database management, and software engineering. Matt is passionate about mentoring and inspiring students to pursue careers in AI and technology, aiming to contribute to social good through education and innovation.
Throughout his career, Matt has earned recognition in several machine learning competitions, including top finishes in the Medical Imaging Challenge and CAMELYON16, as well as honors in the KDDCup and GE Flight Quest. His technical expertise is supported by certifications in probabilistic graphical models and skills in C#, .NET, and agile methodologies.
Matt holds a Master’s in Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from North Dakota State University. His professional journey includes roles as a consultant, software architect, and engineer at organizations such as United Teleplex, Red Rocket Solutions, CEVA Logistics, Intelligenxia, TNT Logistics, and Microsoft Corporation. He also led a TEDx talk in 2022, entitled “Why Artificial Intelligence Is More Human Than You Think.”
Fallon Gorman
President and Chief Financial Officer
Fallon Gorman serves as President and Chief Financial Officer of NLP Logix. She is responsible for the company’s financial management, operational oversight, and strategic execution as the organization delivers AI and data science solutions to enterprise clients.
Fallon brings more than 20 years of experience as a senior finance and operating executive across technology, healthcare, and data-driven services organizations. Her experience includes financial reporting and controls, capital and liquidity management, operating model design, and oversight of growth and integration initiatives. Prior to joining NLP Logix, she served as CFO for Desert Micro, which was sold to a large software conglomerate in Ireland and was kept on after the transaction to integrate multiple other acquisitions.
Prior to joining NLP Logix, Fallon held Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership roles in private and private-equity-backed companies, where she worked closely with boards and executive teams on restructuring, capital planning, and transaction-related initiatives.
Fallon holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Business Management from the University of North Florida.
Brian Moffatt
Chief Technology Officer
Brian Moffatt is the Chief Technology Officer at NLP Logix, where he leads the company’s technology strategy, engineering, and AI innovation initiatives.
With more than 25 years of experience, Brian has led enterprise technology, cloud, and AI initiatives across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and technology. Prior to joining NLP Logix, he held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he helped organizations accelerate cloud transformation, and at Slalom, where he founded and led the Florida Technology Strategy practice. Most recently, he served as Founder and Chief Technology Officer of AnglerVision, developing patented AI-powered computer vision technology and enterprise generative AI solutions.
Throughout his career, Brian has built high-performing engineering organizations, led enterprise modernization programs that generated hundreds of millions of dollars in business value, and directed initiatives that reduced more than $100 million in cloud spending. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University–Newark.
D.J. Price
Chief Revenue Officer
DJ Price is an accomplished sales leader and technology executive with over two decades of experience driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams across North America. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at NLP Logix, DJ combines deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and network infrastructure architecture with a passion for creative problem-solving and inspirational leadership.
DJ’s career began with a foundation in computer programming, but a part-time job selling cellular phones quickly ignited a passion for sales management. Over the years, DJ has managed teams of B2B sales professionals responsible for retaining and growing millions of dollars in annual revenue, with a proven track record at organizations such as Tektronix, Lumen Technologies (formerly CenturyLink), Thryv, Infor Global, AT&T, Prime Communications, and Wireless Retail Inc. His leadership has spanned roles from Head of Sales and Director of Sales to Area Sales Manager and Field Manager, consistently delivering results in enterprise sales, cloud solutions, business automation, and digital advertising.
Known for “speaking geek, leader, and customer,” as he puts it, DJ excels at bridging the gap between technical innovation and client needs. His specialties include sales management, online advertising, lead generation, marketing, social media, campaign management, and business development. DJ is recognized for thinking outside the box and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
DJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Southern Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science in Computer Programming from Midlands Technical College. His top skills include machine learning, artificial intelligence, and network infrastructure architecture.
