Recruiters and talent acquisitions teams have long struggled to efficiently match talent to roles. Traditional methods involve using industry knowledge and complex boolean queries, which are time-consuming and often ineffective in pinpointing the right candidate for a job.

Solution

Our customer offers a comprehensive suite of AI-driven solutions to solve talent acquisition and management challenges all hosted on the AWS platform.

By partnering with NLP Logix, these underlying AI technologies are efficiently deployed using AWS services, including Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Elastic Container Registry (ECR), and Elastic Container Service (ECS).

Our customer maintains a database of over 10 million candidate profiles stored in MySQL on AWS, enabling robust training and search capabilities.

Search results across these 10 million candidates are available through their curator user interfaces are built using AWS Amplify and permissions are securely managed through Cognito Services and IAM. Queueing of requests, within the applications and through externally available APIs, are managed through AWS’s SNS and SQS Services.

The operational workflow is supported by AWS CloudTrail and CloudWatch for streamlined issue monitoring and management. Further, as AI solutions are deployed, scheduled model health monitoring evaluations are integral to success.
