As Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of NLP Logix, Ted has guided the company from its inception in 2011 to become one of the fastest-growing teams of deep learning practitioners, renowned for delivering actionable insights from complex data and integrating advanced machine learning solutions into real-world business workflows.
Ted’s career began with service as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he participated in Operation Desert Storm and developed foundational leadership skills. After transitioning to the private sector, Ted co-founded Medical Development International, growing the company from the ground up to over $100 million in annual revenue and establishing it as a leader in custom provider networks and healthcare technology for correctional facilities.
Ted’s executive experience includes roles as President of Medical Partners of America and MDI Healthcare Solutions, Chief Operating Officer at MDI Holdings, Inc., and President of Willich Investment Company, where he provided consulting services and developed compliance and analytics products for the healthcare industry.
Known for strategic planning, operational expertise, and creative problem-solving, Ted has built and led high-performing teams, consistently driving innovation and operational excellence. Matt Berseth is a pioneering technology leader, educator, and public speaker with over 20 years of experience in data science and machine learning. As Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer of NLP Logix, Matt leads a team of data scientists and engineers in delivering advanced AI solutions across industries such as healthcare, logistics, and finance. Their work includes developing innovative applications like automated breast cancer diagnosis, predictive analytics for credit risk, and natural language processing for legal documents.
Matt’s commitment to advancing the field extends beyond industry, as they have served as an adjunct professor at Jacksonville University and the University of North Florida since 2017, teaching courses in data science, database management, and software engineering. Matt is passionate about mentoring and inspiring students to pursue careers in AI and technology, aiming to contribute to social good through education and innovation.
Throughout their career, Matt has earned recognition in several machine learning competitions, including top finishes in the Medical Imaging Challenge and CAMELYON16, as well as honors in the KDDCup and GE Flight Quest. Their technical expertise is supported by certifications in probabilistic graphical models and skills in C#, .NET, and agile methodologies.

Fallon has over 15 years of executive experience in finance and operations within enterprise software and AI solution organizations. She has a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and business optimization. Fallon has held various leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer. She is passionate about using AI and machine learning to solve real-world problems and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management from the University of North Florida.

DJ Price is an accomplished sales leader and technology executive with over two decades of experience driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams across North America. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at NLP Logix, DJ combines deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and network infrastructure architecture with a passion for creative problem-solving and inspirational leadership.
DJ’s career began with a foundation in computer programming, but a part-time job selling cellular phones quickly ignited a passion for sales management. Over the years, DJ has managed teams of B2B sales professionals responsible for retaining and growing millions of dollars in annual revenue, with a proven track record at organizations such as Tektronix, Lumen Technologies (formerly CenturyLink), Thryv, Infor Global, AT&T, Prime Communications, and Wireless Retail Inc. His leadership has spanned roles from Head of Sales and Director of Sales to Area Sales Manager and Field Manager, consistently delivering results in enterprise sales, cloud solutions, business automation, and digital advertising.
Known for “speaking geek, leader, and customer,” DJ excels at bridging the gap between technical innovation and client needs. His specialties include sales management, online advertising, lead generation, marketing, social media, campaign management, and business development. DJ is recognized for thinking outside the box and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
DJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Southern Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science in Computer Programming from Midlands Technical College. His top skills include machine learning, artificial intelligence, and network infrastructure architecture.
